HR Executive - Staffing Operations

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Executive to manage the end-to-end staffing documentation, payroll, compliance, and exit formalities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations across HR functions, from employee on boarding, payroll processing, benefits administration to compliance with labour laws and exit procedures. Additionally, the role requires maintaining strong client relationships to ensure that their HR and payroll needs are met efficiently. Preference will be given to candidates with proficiency in Hindi communication. The role also involves working with HRMS/EMS tools for maintaining employee records, processing payroll, tracking attendance, and generating reports.

Key Skills:

  • Hindi communication proficiency is preferred.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Preferred Experience:

2-4 years in HR with a focus on payroll, compliance, and employee documentation.
