Business Development Manager - International

Job Description

The Business Development Manager (BDM) - International is responsible for driving the company’s global growth and expanding its market presence in international markets. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and overseeing the execution of strategies to enhance international sales.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, International Business, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, with a focus on HR services or related sectors (international experience is highly desirable).
  • Proven success in driving revenue growth, building client relationships, and closing high-value deals.
  • Strong knowledge of international HR practices, global labor laws, and HR outsourcing services.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex HR solutions to a diverse audience.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with global clients and managing cross-border HR solutions.
  • Familiarity with HR technology, such as HRIS systems, talent management platforms, and payroll software.
  • Multilingual skills are added advantage (Hindi & Arabic, English)
