Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Executive to manage and
execute marketing activities within the domestic market. The ideal candidate will
have a strong understanding of local market trends, customer preferences, and
effective marketing strategies. This role involves planning and implementing
campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and contributing to the company’s growth
objectives by driving brand awareness and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Campaigns:
Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns across various channels,
including digital, print, and in-person events, tailored to the domestic
audience.
Collaborate with creative teams to design impactful marketing materials, such as
brochures, advertisements, and social media content.
- Market Research:
Conduct in-depth research to understand local market trends, customer behavior,
and competitor strategies.
Identify potential market opportunities and make data-driven recommendations to
enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Sales Support:
Work closely with the sales team to develop promotional materials,
presentations, and tools that support lead generation and conversion.
Organize and participate in local trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing
events to promote the brand.
- Digital Marketing:
Manage and optimize digital campaigns, including social media, email marketing,
and search engine optimization (SEO) strategies.
Monitor website traffic, social media engagement, and other digital metrics to
assess campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Brand Management
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all domestic marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, advertising agencies, and other key partners.
Reporting and Analysis
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on campaign results, providing insights and actionable recommendations for improvement.

- Strong understanding of domestic markets, customer preferences, and cultural nuances.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools.

Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree or certifications in marketing (e.g., Digital Marketing, Content Marketing) are advantage.
Preferred Experience:
2-4 years of marketing experience focusing on the domestic market, with a proven track record in planning and executing successful campaigns. Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools is essential, and experience in industries like FMCG, retail, or services is a plus.
