Lead Design Engineer - Primary & Secondary

Job Highlights:

• Lead and manage end-to-end primary and secondary engineering design activities for substations and power systems projects.
• Develop and review design deliverables including SLDs, GA drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment layouts.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, utility specifications, and safety regulations throughout the design process.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, vendors, and clients to ensure timely resolution of technical design issues.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, ensuring quality assurance and continuous improvement in design practices.
