Phosphate Operator

Job Highlights:

• Operate and monitor the phosphating line for the surface treatment of coupling components.
• Ensure proper cleaning, chemical treatment, rinsing, and phosphating processes as per approved procedures.
• Monitor process parameters such as temperature, concentration, treatment time, and solution levels.
• Inspect treated components for proper surface condition and identify any process-related defects.
• Maintain process records, follow safety procedures, and ensure proper housekeeping around the phosphating area.
