Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Section Head to oversee mechanical maintenance activities within an LSAW steel pipe manufacturing facility in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The role involves managing mechanical maintenance operations, ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and maintaining safe and efficient plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- 1. Lead and supervise the mechanical maintenance team.
- 2. Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- 3. Ensure reliable operation of machinery and production equipment.
- 4. Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns and coordinate timely repairs.
- 5. Monitor equipment performance and identify potential failures.
- 6. Coordinate with production and other maintenance departments.
- 7. Ensure compliance with plant safety and maintenance procedures.
- 8. Maintain maintenance records, reports, and schedules.
- 9. Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives.
Requirements
- 1. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- 2. Relevant experience in steel pipe manufacturing / LSAW plant maintenance.
- 3. Strong knowledge of industrial mechanical equipment and maintenance systems.
- 4. Experience in team supervision and maintenance planning.
- 5. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
