Manager - Substation Design

Job Highlights:

• Lead Substation Design: Manage and deliver substation design projects ranging from 132kV to 400kV, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance.
• Design Review & Approval: Review, validate, and approve primary and secondary engineering designs, drawings, and calculations.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor and guide design engineers, ensuring quality, productivity, and adherence to project timelines.
• Standards & Compliance: Ensure designs comply with IEC/IEEE standards, utility specifications and statutory requirements.
• Client & Project Coordination: Coordinate with clients, consultants, and cross-functional teams to meet project scope, cost and schedule objectives.
