Design Engineer / Asst. Design Manager

Job Highlights:

• Develop and review mechanical design concepts, engineering drawings and product specifications based on client requirements and project standards.
• Coordinate with production, quality and project teams to ensure accurate implementation of design requirements and timely project execution.
• Prepare detailed CAD models, assembly drawings, BOMs and technical documentation while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Analyze design performance, identify improvement opportunities and support cost optimization, manufacturability and product reliability initiatives.
• Assist in managing design activities, mentoring junior engineers and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams, clients and vendors.
