Deputy Manager - Tool & Die

Job Highlights:

• Manage tool room operations including design, development, maintenance and troubleshooting of dies, molds, jigs and fixtures for production requirements.
• Supervise tool and die manufacturing processes to ensure dimensional accuracy, quality standards and on-time delivery of tooling components.
• Coordinate with production, quality and maintenance teams to optimize tooling performance, reduce downtime and improve manufacturing efficiency.
• Monitor preventive maintenance schedules, tool life analysis and repair activities to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production operations.
• Lead and guide tool room technicians and engineers while ensuring compliance with safety standards, process improvements and cost-control initiatives.
