Costing Engineer - (Sriperumbudur)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for plastic injection moulded components based on drawings and specifications.
• Analyze material, machine cycle time, tooling, labour, and overhead costs to determine competitive pricing.
• Support RFQs and quotation preparation in coordination with design, production, and procurement teams.
• Track cost variances between estimated and actual production costs and suggest improvements.
• Identify cost reduction and value engineering opportunities while maintaining quality standards.

Educational Qualifications:

Any Graduate

Preferred Experience:

• 3 - 5 Years of Experience

Skills

• Strong knowledge of plastic injection moulding processes, materials and costing methodologies.
• Proficient in cost analysis, BOM evaluation, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
