• Do take proper precautions related to fraudulent recruiting activities, including requests for banking, credit card and other personal information, by individuals or organizations falsely claiming to be recruiting on behalf of Voltech.
• The fraudulent activities have typically begun with bogus job interview inquiries or applications sent by email, instant messenger (IM) or text.
• These individuals sometimes even conduct fraudulent interviews with an attempt to obtain personal information or money from the applicants.
• If you are the target of what you believe to be fraudulent recruiting activity and/or are asked for personal financial or security information or money in return, please contact local law enforcement agency. Voltech HR Services reserves the right to take legal action, including criminal action, against such individuals/entities.
• The Voltech Recruitment team corresponds from email addresses with the domain “@Voltechgroup.com”. Receiving emails will be possible only with the legitimate “@Voltechgroup.com” domain. In case any generic email ID ending with Gmail/Yahoo domain is copied while receiving a job offer or interview call, please be alert on the likelihood of a scammer.
• Voltech HR Services will not be responsible to anyone acting on an employment offer not directly made by us.
